EnerGlobe's team of geoscientists have a multidisciplinary background in onshore and offshore geotechnics, geophysics, geology, geohazards, geochronology and sedimentology, and are therefore well placed to provide expertise to help effectively and efficiently survey, assess and understand complex and large sites. Out technical flexibility and knowledge base allows us to provide crucial input at various stages of a project.

Initial desk study

Collate and assess a variety of existing data (publicly available and site-specific) to assist project feasibility, routing analysis and concept selection

Site investigation specification 

Provide guidance on optimal equipment and scope of work to effectively characterise a site.

Preliminary site investigation data analysis 

Identify areas of interest/concern and data gaps and provide recommendations for future detailed survey works.

Integrated ground modelling 

Review and correlate all available site characterisation data to provide a best estimate of ground conditions, hazards and installation constraints, for input to detailed design and installation

Subsea asset integrity monitoring 

Following the commission of a site/project, we can assist with site monitoring surveys and reporting to ensure risks are identified early on, quantified and effectively managed.

EnerGlobe QHSE Engineers excel themselves in many facets of onshore and offshore planning, development, construction and commissioning scopes of work. We have been involved in many projects from the pre-qualifying audits and tender stages through to planning and development (concept design and front-end engineering design), enabling works, site set -up, construction and commissioning.

Project Planning 

Good planning is at the heart of any successful project. We provide project planners with extensive experience in supporting global offshore wind projects. By using our planning related IT systems, including Primavera P6 and weather modelling tools we are able to assist, making project life a little less stressful for Senior Management Teams.

Risk Management

A robust risk management program, which identifies and mitigates potential risks, ensures the successful close of financing and helps to monitor contingency. Schedule risk analysis will help protect the project programme and provide confidence to Senior Management Teams.

Cost Management
